Adoption of the existing data management solution for automated formulation screenings and adaptation of the data handling to changing conditions: Web-based frontend as user interface for the scientists of the own lab group (single page application e.g. for experimental design) Python scripts (backend on Hadoop) for data processing (e.g. ETL) and communication with the web frontend. Continous delivery / deployment of prototypes and tests (DEV environment), as well as stable releases (PROD environment) for pipeline screenings.
