Leads the creation, implementation, and optimization of software tools in support of various domains including design, manufacturing, validation, silicon production, systems integration, software application products, or ecosystem enabling. Utilizes modern software development methodologies, programming languages, domain knowledge, and secure coding practices to design, develop, debug, and/or validate algorithms, software tools, and systems that enable our internal/external engineering partners to design/manufacture intel silicon, integrate Intel silicon and/or software into impactful products.

Examples of tools/systems include debuggers, analyzers, SDKs, IDEs, PDKs, performance monitors, software tools and libraries, flows, and/or methodologies for design, manufacturing, validation, and test.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum qualifications:

• BS/MS in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering fields.
• Advanced English level.
• 1+ years of experience in Software Development.

Demonstrable knowledge in the following areas:

• C# or similar object-oriented language in a production system.
• SW development cycle and methodologies.
• Using GIT as a version control system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Experience working with a remote team.
• Experience using Azure DevOps as a CI/CD platform for development.
• Development of applications using coding and testing industry-standard practices, such as design patterns, software testing strategies, and writing clean code.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
