Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated software engineer looking to help bring machine learning models into production for semiconductor manufacturing. You will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, and supporting the Calibre machine learning core software. You will be teaming up with a senior group of software engineers contributing to the final production quality of new components and algorithms and supporting existing components. You will be responsible for helping develop, optimize, and improve advanced models capable of accurately characterizing physical processes that occur during the manufacturing of semiconductor chips and that are suitable to be used during the compensation framework of OPC. The ideal candidate would have proficiency in C++ and python, experience in machine learning, and a desire to enable next-generation semiconductor manufacturing processes through advanced ML models. Minimum Qualifications: MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some experience and strong programming skills in C and C++ on UNIX and/or LINUX platforms. Must have the ability to collaborate closely with other members of the team and develop critical components consistently and promptly. Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. / Masters in Machine Learning experience. Individuals with a strong ability to learn and explore new technologies and who can demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills are preferred.
