We’re looking for a Software Development Lead to:

• Take end-to-end ownership of applications within our sales and distribution applications, driving them through the product lifecycle while working closely with capital market business teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Build product features to enrich the end-to-end business value chain of investment ideas, distribution channels, after sales advisory
• Understand both Investment banking suite of NEO applications and wealth management distribution channels to build a unique, secured value chain for clients
• Partner closely with global stakeholders to define and execute product roadmap and drive product initiatives, while meeting critical deadlines and budget constraints
• Ensure the products are always designed with robustness for supporting operations across the globe (EMEA, APAC, US )
• Define MVP, product phases and drive to realization, leading through a user centric approach and innovation
• Keep application technical debts, risks and minimum enterprise requirements under tight control
• Contribute to the process of translating complex business and regulatory requirements into innovative solutions
