The IT Product Engineering group is looking for a Software Development QA Engineer that comes to integrate our high class development and testing teams.

Our group plays a key role in the Product Life Cycle of Intel New Products by reducing Time to Market through the Automation of Manual tasks and also providing High Quality Software Solutions at each phase of the cycle.

As a Software Development QA Engineer you will be in a position to implement customer requirements into Software Solutions with the Highest Quality Standards in the market and also foresee improvement opportunities in our Products and into the day-to-day processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software applications used by end users or integrated with other applications by ISV partners.
• Development may span the full application stack including both frontend and backend application development.
• Uses modern software development methodologies and programming languages, follows secure coding practices and software legal compliance guidelines, analyzes user stories, writes both functional and test code, automates build and deployment, and performs unit integration and end to end testing of applications.
• Completes Security Development Lifecycle tasks with the assistance of product security engineers and provides input to technical writers to complete product documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May also interact with end users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computational Science or any related fields OR equivalent experience 4 years, in addition to:
• 4+ years of IT industry experience
• 6+ months' experience on React JS front-end development.
• 1+ years' experience in:
  • Angular .NET/ .NET core backend development using Entity framework.
  • Relational databases SQL Server/ MariaDB.
• Advanced English level

Preferred

• Experience on Unit testing with frameworks such as NUnit, Jasmine and Jest.
• Experience in Node.js backend development using frameworks such as express or Sails.js.
• Experience or equivalent using Docker and Kubernetes for application development.
• UI/UX design experience

This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
