Senior Manager to develop and lead a team of skilled engineers that engage with HPC Cluster ISVs and End users to support competitive RFP across simulation and AI. Set priorities for the team, get results across organizational boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Team scope includes engineers, architects, technical writers and technical consultants who are responsible for delivering results over many areas of the software lifecycle: design, developing, debugging, validating, and optimization, and customer engagement
The role will also need to provide architectural and technical guidance and ensure that sound engineering practices are followed. You will also provide direction and set goals for the group and interacts with stakeholders both internal and external.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
5+ years of experience in an engineering role
2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ engineers
Domain experience in HPC Cluster RFP, Competitive procurements, Industry standard HPC cluster benchmarks, OEM engagement
