1. 根据运动控制技术，澄清并整理功能需求；
    Responsible for requirements engineering of motion-based technologies;
2. 基于C 和 C++ ，开发运动及现场总线通信的软件；
    Software engineering of motion and fieldbus communication in C and C++;
3. 基于面向对象编程方法，开发客户导向的功能软件；
    Software engineering of customer-oriented technology functions base on objective programming method;
4. 与国际团队合作研发，并为国际客户提供技术支持；
    Cooperation with international development teams and technical support for international customer;
5. 承担部门负责人分配的其他任务。
    Other tasks from Header of department.

1. 统招本科以上学历，计算机科学、自动化工程、数学和物理或相关专业背景；
    Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer science, automation engineering, mathematic, and physics or related;
2. 熟悉C++，了解软件测试方法，例如静态及动态代码分析，测试代码覆盖率等；
    Good knowledge of the system languages C++. Familiar with software testing methods, such as, static and dynamic code analyses and code coverage;
3. 在软件开发、运动控制和嵌入式实时通信方面有丰富的经验； 
    Solid experience in software engineering, motion-based technologies, and embedded real-time communication；
4. 英语流利，能在专业领域内交流； 
    Fluent in technical English;
5. 良好的沟通技巧和团队精神，对新技术具备热情，较强的自我责任感和自我激励能力； 
    Good team player with communication skills, enthusiasm for high-tech solution and strong self-responsibility and self-motivation ability;
6. 可以接受中国和海外（德国）出差。
    Mobility to travel in China and overseas (Germany).
