Azure cost management serves as a fundamental building block for our customers enabling them to analyze, manage and forecast their Azure cost, by using our UI experience within the Azure portal or by using our rich set of APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build highly scalable, secure and reliable web services & platform for Azure.
• Build distributed client and back-end services to enable cost management for Azure.
• Own technical design, implementation and quality for feature and engineering work.
• Interact and collaborate with partner teams to deliver cohesive solutions for the Azure platform.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver features and improve engineering system.
• Improve the high availability, resiliency and scalability of the platform.
• Build prototypes and contribute to architectural design.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of software development experience using  C++ and/or C# and/or Java
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping services and highly available infrastructure, or a burning desire to learn
• Experience in writing RESTful applications and leveraging distributed databases
