The Azure IoT team is looking for highly motivated and talented architects to empower our customers to design and build solutions on our platform and enabling them to connect devices seamlessly to the Azure Cloud.

Successful engineers in our team value engineering practices that ensure high quality designs; such as thorough requirements gathering, performance, scalability, disaster recovery strategies, testing and analysis strategies and have strong problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills, drive for execution and results in a fast pace environment.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Computer Science
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Open Source development and best practices
- Embedded Windows and/or Linux development
- Solid coding skills in C and C#
- Solid understanding of computer architecture and OS internals
- Computer networking and security (i.e. TCP/IP, TLS, SSL)
- Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Excellent technical design, problem solving, debugging and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in shipping high quality products
