岗位职责：
Key accountabilities:
Daily responsibilities include solutions, implementation support to production engineering maintenance teams.
The daily maintenance of control systems, networks, access security, backups ｕpdates.
Collating evaluation of process data fprocess improvements, eg. quality, yield, efficiency, throughput, batch recording, deviations, interruptions, fault finding, enhancing loop tuning reduction of process down time.
Strict adherence enforcement of documentation: Security, MoC, SIS, backups process flow sequences.
Up keep maintain safety instrumented systems (SIS).
Support involvement in site projects to ensure standard software/programming/operating structure system architecture.
Drive the awareness of control system security involve industrial communication team (ICS): Incident reports communication with Kemira management global IT team.
Follow Kemira’s guidelines, safety, health environmental standards.

Qualifications:
Education Background: Bachelin one of the following disciplines: Computer science, Electronics, E&I automation, Process engineering process automation.
At least 5+ years work experience in chemical, pharmaceutical food industries.
Must have proven experience with any of the following DCS systems: ABB, Honeywell, Emerson, SUPCON, Hollysys Siemens.
Shall have proven experience in design, configuration, integration implementation of process control solutions of DCS systems, PLC, HMI, SCADA fbatch continuous plants.
Sound knowledge of data collection of process information, eg. PI.
Must have a sound knowledge of industrial control systems network security
Proven track record in the daily maintenance of control systems
Must have a good working knowledge in English
Good practical theoretical knowledge of electrical instrument automation. Be able to attack problems the root source in a theoretical stpoint of view.
