Key Responsibilities

• Build and work on enterprise grade software systems
• Develop web applications using the latest front-end technologies
• Collaborate with other software developers and architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on approved technologies
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features

Functional Knowledge/Skill

• Understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and test-driven development methodologies
• Understanding of Angular and other web technologies including Typescript, JavaScript, JSON, NPM, HTML5, CSS
• Understanding of Single Page Applications (SPA) and MVC architecture
• Understanding of Software Design Patterns and Refactoring
• Understanding of front end testing and debugging techniques and tools such as Jasmine
• Familiar with Git and continuous integration and deployment environments
• Understanding of SQL and relational database
• Flexible with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and positive attitude
• Possess written and verbal communication skills sufficient to communicate effectively and clearly with colleagues and internal customers at all levels and backgrounds
• Comfortable working in real-time with other engineers in remote locations
