Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project team to understand requirements, design and develop code, unit test assets necessary to complete project objectives according to organization standards and guidelines
• Research, evaluate and explore new technologies that are relevant
• Designing, conducting proof of concept and performance benchmarks.
• Perform unit testing during the project to ensure code assets are of quality and satisfy required use cases
• Actively involved in the accomplishment of departmental and company-wide quality initiatives.
• Work with the business owner to fully understand business requirements.

Qualification:

• BCA/MCA/B.Tech in computer science, software engineering or related field with strong academics
• 3-5 years’ experience

Essential Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Development experience with multiple development environments and languages including Microsoft Visual Studio
• Programming skills in C, C++, C#, Javascript
• Must be proactive, results oriented with ability to solve complex problems and adapt quickly
• Ability to quickly learn tools & techniques.
• Web and database programming and design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write detailed procedural and training documentation
• Willing to travel (domestic & international)

Desired Skills:

• Proficient in LMS
• Exposure to various platforms used to share content with users globally
• Development experience in Microsoft SharePoint
• Knowledge on ObjectOriented concepts, .Net Framework/Core/Standard, C#, MVC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, RESTful web services.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodology is a plus
• Prior exposure to Cloud Computing, Azure development/deployment and Security Testing will be a big plus
