Responsibilities
By joining our team, you will be exposed to the latest in IoT and you will craft its evolution. In this specific role you will help define and engineer Azure services to manage and monitor millions of IoT devices. You will also help build components targeting special purpose Windows devices into variety of market segments such as industrial, retail, governmental, transportations, manufacturing and enterprise spaces (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsforbusiness/windows-iot). You will interact with teams across the company or directly with industry leaders to solve both common and complex problems. You will build the next generation IoT operating system based on Windows 10X.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• BS/MS in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience developing software for shipping products.
• Solid programming skills in C/C++ and fluent understanding of computer science concepts.
Preferred Qualification:
• Solid understanding of OS fundamentals, native programming concepts.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Azure Services.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
