The desired candidate must have:

1. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

2. Designing major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware and infrastructure.

3. Providing technical leadership to the application development team.

4. Performing design and code reviews

5. Hands on Dot Net Core development process.

6. Skilled in .NET MVC framework.

7. Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and proficient in writing application code using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, ADO, C#, LINQ, MVC, Web API).

8. Writing back-end code and building efficient .NET modules.

9. Troubleshooting application and code issues.

10. Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.

11. Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git along with Azure/AWS cloud concepts.

12. Understanding of Client-side web development.

Good to Have:

1. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3

2. Knowledge with SQL databases and their declarative query languages.

3. Basic understanding of DXA of Tridion.

4. Some sort of knowledge on Identity Server.

General expectations:

1. Good understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/ user interface to relational database structure.

2. Ability to understand architecture and design applications accordingly.

3. Ability to understand and follow the software development processes.

4. Conducting analysis of application requirements.
