Job Description

The Intel HPC (High Performance Compute) team is looking for talented software development student to join a leading software development team and create and grow the HPC infrastructure within Intel. The software team is working on a distributed computing software which manages the entire compute infrastructure within Intel. It is mostly written in Java and involves leading edge software development methodologies and practices (distributed communication, micro-services, etc).

Qualifications

- Registered student in one of the following departments: Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Computer Engineering
- At least 4 semesters remaining until graduation.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Ability to work independently, passionate about technology.
- Highly motivated person with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Collaborative and true team player to work as an integrated part of the team.
- Autodidact - ability to learn and progress independently.
- Knowledge in Object oriented Programming languages such as Java/C#/Python - An advantage
