Manages an expanding team of software engineers and architects.
Responsible for the design, development, validation, debugging, optimization, customer engagement, and/or product support of software for specific Intel product segments or technologies.
In charge of a strategic technological domain, our Windows application, which drives this network of connected devices.
Oversees the development of software across multiple layers of the stack including Application software and tools, infrastructure, platform and SDK support.
Provides direction and goals to the group to ensure efficient operation and sound engineering practices are followed and interacts with stakeholders internal and/or external to Intel.
Sets priorities, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, mentors employees, and manages performance.

Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Experienced SW Team Leader with at least seven years' experience
Experience in team building and recruitment
Experience in leading architectural discussions
Proven experience with a full agile development cycle
Experience with Windows and/or Linux Application development
Experience with C# / C and/or C++
Experience in multithreaded programming
Good familiarity with TCP/IP, UDP networking protocols.
