At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world. To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network. As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development.

Your Mission

You will contribute to the development and integration of our first-in-class in-vehicle infotainment system MBUX - using various technologies, frameworks and interfaces. You will be responsible for MBUX UI to implement and comply to Linux desktop standards. Your scope of activity will further cover the configuration and use of the graphics and input hardware, applying Linux security standards and optimizing the startup performance of the UI and UI applications. While not solely a programming-focused role, there will be opportunities to architect, design, implement as well as test and integrate features on your own, so programming skills in C++ and Qt/QML are very beneficial. Your development work will make use of the latest modern tools, technologies, engineering practices, and methodologies.
