This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be responsible for:

• In your activities you will assist one or more Senior software engineers in software development, prototyping and testing.
• You will conduct performance analysis to determine feasibility of software solution.
• You will take part in design discussion and knowledge exchange with our R&D team to provide to develop software solutions

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

• You have skills in software development using C, C++, Embedded C
• You have a good Real Time Operating System experience.
• You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions from experienced mentors.
• Experience in ARM processor is an advantage.
• You have analytical skills in debugging and performance studies.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree program majoring in in an Engineering field with a software background
• Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Must be willing to work in a fully virtual environment
• Must be able to work full time (40 hours/week during the summer)

Start Date: May or June 2021; 3-month duration
