We are looking for a Manager to lead a team of skilled Engineers that engage with the top game studios in the world to ensure the best experience on Intel technology.

As a Manager you will, set priorities for the team, get results across organizational boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. You will manage a team of software professionals including, but not limited to, engineers, architects, technical writers and technical consultants who are responsible for delivering results over many areas of the software lifecycle: concept, story, design, developing, debugging, validating, and optimization, and customer engagement. This may include 3rd party software such as games, tools, benchmarks, operating systems, or drivers.

The role will also need to provide architectural and technical guidance, and ensure that sound engineering practices are followed. Finally you will also provide direction and set goals for the group and interacts with stakeholders both internal and external.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 5+ years of experience in:

• C++

And at least one of the following:

• GPU/CPU
• Performance Profiling
• Nvidia Nsight
• Microsoft PIX
• Performance tools
• Performance enhancing
• Game tasking systems
• Memory subsystems, caches, etc.
• Vectorization

Also in one or more of the following software performance tools and methodologies:

• Intel tools such as Graphics Performance Analyzer, VTune or ISPC
• Microsoft Windows architecture and how to tune for performance
• GPUView and/or windows performance analyze

3+ years of experience:

• Managing a team of 6+ engineers

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$162,940.00-$260,600.00
