Intel Flex (we are part of the Software and Advanced Technology Group) is an embedded consulting unit (ECU), of 350+ professionals with deep domain expertise and emerging skills delivering pay-per-view engineering, consulting, and outsourcing services. We partner with businesses across Intel to accelerate client value. A global organization with presence in Americas, Europe, and Asia. We are looking for a SW Engineering Manager to lead a team of business consultants at the Costa Rica Site. Key responsibilities in this position include people management, new business development and customer relationship management.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or STEM related field with 7+ years of below experience OR a master’s degree in same areas with 2+ years’ experience.

• Advanced English level
• Candidate must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
