What will you do?

Testing our manufactured silicon generates huge amounts of data. You will lead a very challenging, mission-critical project that crunches, organizes and visualizes the test data to create powerful insights for our product development engineers, who use it to debug, validate and optimize our silicon.

Our vNext is scaling to a cloud-based big data platform.

We are seeking a hands-on team lead with proven management and technical skills.

Eager to learn, customer obsessed, that will be as passionate as us about building the software that helps make a change. Responsibilities: Lead a team of software engineers.

Provide technical leadership, be hands-on technical manager. Be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project, from planning, UXD, development, and to successful deployment.

Develop and refine the development processes. Build and influence the product strategy. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and management to drive our engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?
BSc or/and MSc in Computer Science
5+ years of experience in C#, performance-optimized code development.
3+ years of proven hands-on technical management experience.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Fluent English, speaking and writing.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in working through the full product lifecycle from initial design to a final product.
Experienced with Agile and Scrum.
Experienced with Cloud development.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
