#### Position Description:
This internship program is aimed at those want to start to build their career.
Lenovo is looking for an enthusiastic Software Entitlement Representative to
contribute in registration of unredeemed software entitlements. You will be
responsible for convincing Lenovo Sales Reps/BPs or existing customers to
register their outstanding quota of software entitlements over the phone,
chat, email and helping with their account maintenance to prepare for the
support team & renewals team engagements. An effective Software Entitlement
Intern must be an excellent communicator,with outstanding negotiation skills
and superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting Lenovo's
process over the phone and dealing with customer successes as well as
challenges. You will be instrumental in Lenovo's software P&L growth by
establishing customer relationships and developing the new business of
software renewals.You will take on the responsibility of your own set of real-
life tasks. In Lenovo we never stand still. Be prepared to grow in a dynamic
team following the latest global trends!
What can you learn from us?
As Intern you will be responsible for:
\- Contact Lenovo Sales reps/ BPs or existing customers to inform them of the
number of unredeemed SW licenses
\- Ask questions to understand why they are unredeemed and convince
stakeholders of the importance of redemption
\- Follow up calls with Lenovo Sales reps/ BPs or customers until accounts are
fully entitled
\- Enter and update customer information in the database based on provided
information
\- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
\- Go the "extra mile" to meet lower the number of unredeemed entitlements to
prepare for future sales
\- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
\- Answer questions about products, process or the company

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Clear and Effective
Communication
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address
complaints
Excellent knowledge of English. Second language preferred
(French/German)
MS Excel Advanced or higher
Attention to Detail and Organization due to many required follow ups
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to
prospects
