Our state-of-the-art fire alarm systems provide people and equipment around the world with 24-hour protection against fire damage – in line with our motto “We make the world a safer place”. Siemens' global center for the development of fire protection systems, which set standards worldwide, is located in Zug. As our products are available globally, the ability to localize the fire protection systems to the specific needs of our customers is key. This is not only true for the language specific aspects but also for functionality which is tailored to the specific needs of the fire regulations and to optimize our product to the customer-specific processes. Finally, having such a powerful product tailored to the markets, needs a continuous optimization and enhancement of the localization automation. This is why we need you in our team. The Globalization Manager is also responsible for configuring and maintaining the translation management system, keeping inventory and repository of all localized content, quality assurance of content based upon country standards, and improving software for a multilingual operation.
