We are currently seeking a software engineering manager to lead the core infrastructure development teams working on our revolutionary volumetric video technology. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide teams with guidance, focus and decisions for engineering challenges

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to help define the scope, requirements, design, and implementation of complex infrastructure needs to support multi-disciplinary computer vision projects

• Proactively manage and coordinate infrastructure improvement initiatives

• Recruit, mentor, and coach engineers and engineering managers at different levels of experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant hands-on SW development and design experience

• 5+ years of relevant management experience leading multiple engineering teams

• Deep knowledge and broad experience in designing, architecting, and developing scalable distributed HPC solutions on AWS, Azure etc.  

• Experience in video streaming and networking protocols

• Strong background in C++ and JAVA

• Proven people management excellence with the ability to build cohesive, high performing and healthy teams

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influence, drive collaboration with our external partners and within Intel Sports

Advantage:

• Experience in cross platform development (Windows/Linux)

• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and across organizational boundaries 

• Experience in computer vision/deep learning

• Experience in GPUPU technologies ( CUDA / OPENCL )

• Experience with Python
