We are looking for an experienced program manager to be a part of the team responsible for driving implementation and execution of Software Product lifecycle across multiple software programs in Intel.

As Software Lifecycle Program manager, you will be responsible for managing programs designed to drive adoption of Software Product Lifecycle (PLC). You will be leading a virtual team of cross-functional program managers and business stakeholders across various business units with a goal of driving consistent & sustainable software lifecycle processes, tools and practices.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Deeply involved in creation and maintenance of Software development lifecycle processes.

  • Collaborate across multiple programs, evangelizing and providing guidance on adoption of Software PLC processes.

  • Establish system of monitoring and governance to help teams stay on track with PLC processes.

  • Track and maintain dashboards on adoption & success metrics.

  • Constantly seek feedback from program teams on creative ways to improve processes and practices.

  • Constantly learn and monitor evolution of industry best practices and incorporate it in our PLC.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • MS or BS Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Computer science, Computer engineering, Software Development or any equivalent experience.

  • Fluency in software product engineering practices and development lifecycle like agile/scrum practices, design sprints and program management.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Software development, Software lifecycle management, Software Program management or related fields.

  • PMP, Agile or equivalent certification.

  • Experience with Jira or other modern requirements management tools.

  • Competency with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$97,230.00-$160,990.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
