Job Description

We are looking for SW Manager to join our leading product SW group to lead one of the main SW groups of this product.

As SW Manager you will lead, mentor and manage a group of talented tech leads, scrum masters, developers, QA and test automation engineers. You will be responsible for all software development aspects of your group.

As a SW Manager you will work closely with other disciplines such as Product Line, Program and Customer Support to execute our policy and goals.

You will be promoting all aspects of development, from technologies to processes to people management. You will drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile environment that embraces innovation.

Responsibilities: 

• Direct responsibility on the R&D deliveries; high-quality software solutions to customer projects and products
• Optimize work processes and efficiency 
• Design solutions, evaluate architecture options, set technical direction and quality standards
• Build a collaborative team environment
• Recruit, develop and grow talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies for key talent
• When needed, lead the implementation of process changes to improve group performance and effectiveness

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as product development Scrum Master/Team Lead/Group Lead/Manager
• 5+ years of experience in C# or Java development
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
• High Object-Oriented design and development skills
• Solid experience in agile development process methodologies (ex. SCRUM) - Advantage
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / relevant engineering degree
• High standards for code quality, testing and performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent learning skills
• A true team player, with great leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, can-do attitude
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
