Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Software Product Analyst As a member of the Product Management team you will be responsible for various aspects of the entire Product Management cycle of our product. You will advance our product from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your interaction with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy finding innovative solutions for the broader market. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will also serve as the internal and external advocate for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers. You will be responsible for: Guiding the elicitation, documentation and evaluation of complex user requirements and product development objectives Driving a solution through all stages of the project plan including working closely with project management and development scrum teams to provide feedback Communicates and collaborates with all project teams, internal and external customers, on very complex issues, reviewing and providing input to materials, and receiving and processing feedback from others. Providing project plan detail, planning releases according to the business objectives Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, primarily within the USA and Canada. Some international travel may also be required. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter with the ability to drive topics to completion and a propensity to think outside the box to solve simple and complex problems You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions Required skills to have for the success of this role Ideal candidate has minimum 5 years’ experience providing end user support, software development, or product definition in an IT/software/computer-related field in a healthcare environment. Preferred candidates will have a degree in computer science or other related field and experience with healthcare information systems.
