Design, develop and manage activities for a software product from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serve as the central resource with design, test, quality and training as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Work closely with product development to create products and validates product definitions with internal customers. Use technical expertise and extensive industry experience to formulate product strategies and identify new product opportunities. Responsible for developing project plans designed to address customer needs.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field with 6+ years experience, Masters degree or PhD with 4+ years experience
• 6+ years proven track record in defining and delivering successful software products to the production.
• Manage and track multiple efforts in varying stages of development simultaneously for upcoming and future releases
• 6+ years demonstrated experience in translating product capabilities into easily understood internal and external messages.
• 6+ years of experience maintaining complex software project/program including transition change management, resource allocation, roadmap definition, project schedule and feature prioritization
• Strong understanding of software best practices
• Ability to work across organizational lines to meet objectives
• Candidate must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica
• Advanced English level

Additional Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience translating multiple and sometimes competing stakeholder requirements into actionable and compelling roadmaps.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data analytics and dashboard building using Power BI
• Proven understanding of software architecture
• Experience negotiating Service Level Agreements

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
