Cloud gaming, WebRTC and WebAssembly based applications are rapidly growing market segments enabled by Intel's Software and Advanced Technology Group (SATG). We are seeking a Software Product Manager for SATG's products and technologies targeting these market segments.

The product manager will define scale strategies for currently available solutions, define new products and develop market-driven roadmaps by working closely with customers, ecosystem partners and Intel BUs with empowered accountability for the business results for these products.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• New business definition, market exploration and product strategy development.

• Discovering, documenting, and distilling customer value opportunities through customer and ecosystem relationships and other market intelligence means.

• Identifying and aligning with target market segments, use cases and workloads.

• Defining product strategy and prioritizing product requirements based on a data-driven approach synthesizing external and internal inputs, driving decisions at all levels of the organization.

• Leading cross-functional teams through all stages of the product lifecycle.

• Working closely with engineering, BU teams, program managers, software architects, sales and marketing teams.

• Path finding opportunities: Identifying emerging industry technology trends, developing new business or project proposals, determining technical feasibility, validating customer interest, and driving investment decisions and action plans.

• Ultimately, developing, deploying, and driving product plans and strategies that deliver superior business results over time.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science /Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical degree.

• 7+ years of experience in product management and/or product marketing.

• 5+ years of experience with at least two of the following technologies and market segments: cloud gaming, Android, webRTC, WebAssembly.

• Technical knowledge to engage with customer architects and senior decision makers for identifying future customer requirements.

• Solid understanding of open source communities and ecosystems.

• Experience with product life cycle management and requirements tools.

• Excellent l communication.

• Demonstrated leadership, drive, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA.

• Understanding of the gaming market and the market drivers for cloud gaming.

• Proficiency with JIRA

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
