Operations Manager

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in online activity planning and operations;
Familiar with domestic and foreign live streaming markets, as well as the industry's practices;
Familiar with the habits of European and American users in using internet products, and able to empathize and propose optimization suggestions for company products;
Strong execution ability, with a strong ability to promote the implementation of planning schemes;
Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and spirit of taking on challenges, with many ideas and the ability to implement them;
Candidates with overseas study experience or English as their native language will be given priority consideration.
Job Responsibilities:

Plan and operate online user activities for company products;
Responsible for reviewing the English copywriting of the company's key products and proposing optimization suggestions for the user experience of the products;
Assist in the daily operation of the company's anchor-side products;
Establish and improve the management mechanism for anchors and the operation of C-end users.
