We are searching for a Product Owner with a passion for high-quality software and innovative embedded software solutions. Our area of responsibility is the development of middleware components for the infotainment systems in our connected cars. We are committed to modern development methodologies and tools like continuous integration, agile development, and test-driven-development.

What awaits you?

• You create and maintain the backlog for your part of the product.
• You will work with developers and stakeholders to understand needs and requirements which you turn into implementable user stories.
• You prioritize user stories according to business needs, feedback and input from all relevant stakeholders.
• Furthermore, you manage changes in priorities and requirements and approving deliveries from the development team(s).
• You will track and report progress to stakeholders against set priorities and objectives.
• You monitor product maturity and compliance with project quality metrics.
• Additionally, you will use data to manage your project.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• Strong experience in a project management / technical lead role, ideally in the automotive world.
• Hands on experience with agile methodologies like Scrum.
• Ideally a background in modern software development in C++ / Java / Kotlin on Linux / Android.
• Ability to communicate and discuss technical topics with both technical and business audiences.
• Fresh ideas and the ability to think outside the box in helping us to develop innovative software solutions corresponding to our motto of Individual Mobility of the Future.
• Business-fluent in English; German language skills are highly desired but not mandatory.
