1) Work closely with t he BD Manager in different segments f or pre-sales activities, i .e.
design t he software, solution proposal, tendering preparation e.t.c
2) Build on t he Atma strategy t o develop a "Chinese Atma Platform" solution (e.g. localized
solution t hat meets China cloud computing/data regulations) t hat supports apps
developed by local ecosystem partners.
3) Coordinate with t he internal team t o build on and localize software projects f or t he China
market.
4) Develop POC application f or China software platform engagements/opportunities.
5) Define t he business architecture f or in-China SaaS platform business.
6) Work with local ERP/CRM software implementers capable of including RFID technology
into manufacturing, warehousing & asset t racking, smart buildings, preventative
maintenance, logistics and retail.
7) Serve as product advocate and work directly with Account Managers and Market
Development Managers t o determine i f existing digital products can be sold into
respective industry segments within China.
8) Serve as t he Project manager f or t he coordination of software development

Minimum Qualification
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree i n Engineering, or equivalent i n experience
● 4+ years product management experience with 2+ years of experience on software
and/or developer platforms
● Experience managing delivery of at l east 1 hardware/software product
● Experience managing and overseeing multiple on-going initiatives simultaneously
● Cross-functional communication and collaboration experience
Preferred Qualification
● Experience working on a successful developer and/or OS platform
● Degree in Computer Science or related field, and 2+ years experience as a software
engineer
● Experience working on developer-focused SDKs, APIs, services, and toolchains for RFID
industry
● Experience working on supply chain and logistic industry
● Experience working i n growing computing ecosystems
● Experience having shipped customer facing products that delivered business impact
and customer satisfaction.
● Passionate about working with other businesses and partners to solve their specific
challenges while putting customer trust and experience first
