Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop test strategies, plans and cases by taking into account test automation
- Work collaboratively with Product Manager, Program Manager, Architect and Development Manager to fully understand the product requirements and identify quality risks at early phase
- Test automation development, execution and maintenance
- Accurate and timely test reports to the product team and senior management team
- Complex customer issue reproduction and verification
- Actively take innovative test method to verify product from customer’s point of view.
- Project lead for 1~2 products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunication or equivalent
- 5+ years QA experience, ideally of VOIP and Mobility Internet
- Test Automation experience
- Project leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, H.323, SIP, etc.
- Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities
- Proficiency in software testing process, good at test case writing and result reporting
- Excellent English skills, both in written and oral
- Video conference industry experience is a plus
- Mastery of one or multiple programing languages (Java, C++, C#, Object C, Python) as a plus
