Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop test strategies, plans and cases by taking into account test automation
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and fully understand the product requirements and identify quality risks at early phase
- Test automation development, execution and maintenance
- Accurate and timely test reports to the product team and senior management team
- For ODM products,
- Provide SW test requirements to suppliers
- Supervise suppliers’ test plan, test environment, and test report
- Plan and perform productive acceptance test to verify supplier’s delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunication or equivalent
- 8 years SW development and testing experience, Video conference industry and audio/video endpoints test experience is a plus
- Solid competence on SW test automation development and execution
- Extensive understanding of Android/Linux platform
- Solid knowledge of script language (bash/python … ), Mastery of one or multiple programing languages (Java, Python, C++, C#, Object C,) as a plus
- Experience with Android platform tools, like adb, logcat…
- Knowledge with network/usb/bt/wifi/media codec as a plus
- Familiar with popular Android benchmark application like Antutu
- Great communication skill and strong leadership. Excellent English skills, both in written and oral
