The Software Quality Analyst I will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of Bentley iTwin cloud synchronization service. This goal will be achieved through continuous monitoring/testing of the software products, both in pre-release and released state. Work includes the development of software test plans, test cases, ensuring the graphical and data conversion integrity against published iModel, regression testing, and documentation of test and software quality records. The position interfaces cross-functionally with other teams, communicates effectively (both written and verbal), and utilizes problem solving and technical skills to help implement customer solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans for customer solutions. Help maintain defect tracking and test plan repository systems.
- Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing to simulate customer use of Bentley’s solution. This includes test setup, execution, problem reporting and documentation.
- Participate in the solution definition of user projects and support the estimation process by providing QA estimates.
- Verify the consistency and integrity of data.
- Document, verify, and resolve defects identified during testing. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support requests. Reproduce field problems and assist or support when needed.
- Timely completion of verification efforts within defined schedule.
- Learn/deploy new applications and tools in support of testing efforts.
- Effectively communicate issues cross-functionally (e.g. with management and development).
Requirements:
- BS degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with a strong background in software quality.
- Experience working with and testing web-based applications and products.
- Experience with software development QA resulting in successful product deliveries.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and database testing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Proven people skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Work well under minimal supervision.
Desired, But Not Required:
- Experience working with remote project teams.
- Experience working with MicroStation or Autodesk products.

Please note if you are employed full time salary for this position ranges from 1950 EUR gross (before taxes).
