• Create and execute test scripts, cases, and scenarios that will determine optimal system performance according to specifications.

• Conduct all types of Product and application testing as needed, such as unit testing, functional testing, regression test, interface test, API test, deployment and system rollout testing.

• Ensure that software application meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

• Retain records of defects and failure rates, including accurate data and test steps to create issues.

• Produce reports and documentation for all testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging, and tracking.

• Analyze formal test results in order to discover and resolve defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability problems.

• Recommends methods and best practices to improve overall quality of software application.

• Take ownership of creating the automation test pipeline in the testing team.

• Need to design and conduct automation test cases and scripts. 

• Need to create the automation to help on the functional test or daily work among the teams.

• Need to integrate the automation scripts / tools created by other team members.

• Utilize business/system domain knowledge to handle support requests.

• Need to attend regular meetings with business / technical stakeholders in India, Europe or China beyond local working hours (by phone or web conferencing)

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in IT software development, quality assurance or tester role. Candidates with software development experience are preferred.
• Have experience in automation testing and can develop automation scripts (python, Java, VB Script).
• Have CI/CD and integration experience.
• Have experience with the Linux and open source development environment.
• Hands-on experience with Micro Focus ALM, Github, Cypress is a plus.
• Having experience on cloud computing (Azure) is a plus.
• Good command of spoken Mandarin and understanding of written English.
• Have the ability to learn the new technologies and development languages by himself / herself.
