The Supply Chain Capability Segment in Intel IT is focused on delivering transformative solutions for supply/demand planning and revenue forecasting processes aligning to IT's reference architecture. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team who are in midst of transforming legacy solutions as part of Supply/Demand/Revenue Alignment (SDRA) initiative under EBP (Enterprise Business Planning) program.
As a QA (Quality Assurance) Lead you will collaborate with Agile teams on the program to deliver products requested by the customer with high quality. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive test strategy that spans multiple teams, applications, and multiple test phases. The QA Lead will be responsible for resourcing and scheduling test phases, leading testers from multiple teams to execute the test strategy so the product(s) are of high quality and ready for production implementation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create test plans and strategy for Intel's Sales and Operations planning (S and OP) transformation program.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fully automated: functional testing, regression testing, End to End/integration testing, performance testing, UAT (user acceptance testing), static code analysis, static and dynamic security testing.
- Act as a conduit between the development teams and customers/business stakeholders.
- Oversee testing of software features, the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation as well as implementation and execution of functional, regression, and acceptance tests.
- Help teams with test environment setup/teardown, test automation, and exploratory testing.
- Leading and ensuring testers execute the test strategy through all phases, reporting progress and status to stakeholders, and designing/executing flexible changes to the strategy based on program needs.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or related fields OR overall experience of 10+ years, including:
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience including:
- Testing various applications, services, and user interfaces.
- Test automation and creating repeatable, maintainable, automated test suites.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Implementing both UI and API test automation using tools like Selenium, Postman etc.
- QA Lead, managing multiple testers, multiple applications, on large scale programs.
- Advanced level of English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ Years of Experience working on Agile teams.
- 1+ Years' Experience working in Enterprise software such as SAP and a good understanding of On-premise and Cloud offerings of Enterprise software.
- Understanding of Test First Software Engineering Approach like test-driven development.
- Experience using industry standard test and defect management systems like Rally, Jira.

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
