Intra Plant Logistics solution (IPL), also known as Material management, enables a Lean flow of materials between the warehouse and shopfloor. We are now looking for an exceptional Team Lead to join our team and take a key role in building our brand new, next generation solution. You must have knowledge in all stages of software development. You’ll be managing a strong team of developers and test engineers, and working alongside other Team leads, in the efforts of building, and enhancing the product. You will be expected to contribute ideas, concepts, best practices, code reviews, and code development to deliver on tight timelines in a fast paced enterprise software development environment. You should be able to embrace developing software for performance, scale, quality, security, and lowest cost. Key Responsibilities Lead a team using Agile methodology and practices (SAFe) Lead decision-making and collaboration across multiple products and release against internal stakeholders to create transparency, establish direction and generate customer value Join the efforts to transform our product architecture into microservice architecture, utilizing Domain Driver Design concepts and practices Own your deliverables from the planning phase throughout the full development life cycle, including design, execution, testing Identify risks and take proactive measures to mitigate Deliver to production Your Profile: We Are Looking For: 3 years minimum of leadership experience, leading teams of 5+ Strong background in C# and the .NET framework (EF is an advantage). Knowledge and experience with Agile software development. Good architectural skills Experience with microservice architecture Good understanding of multi-threading concepts and understanding of .NET’s concurrent programming techniques A team player with a positive spirit B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent As enthusiastic about programming as we are Interpersonal & Personal traits sort: Detailed-oriented, well-organized, very good in multi-tasking, passion to share your knowledge, and demonstrate servant leadership approach. Team player, fast learner, highly motivated, creative and responsible with excellent interpersonal skills. Great communication skills in English - Written & verbal.
