In this position, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product documentation strategy for Intel software products. You will lead a global team and will be expected to set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. In addition to excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills, this position requires an ability to understand and contribute to a highly complex and technical software product. You will be responsible for managing a department of technical writers, information architects, and content management engineers. Engage in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, English, journalism, communications, technical writing/communications, or a related field.
• Applicants with non-technical degree must demonstrate strong technical experience, competence, and aptitude.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and review skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international team environment.
• Demonstrated strong coaching, mentoring and influencing skills.
