We are looking for a Technical Support Manager, committed to Software framework for Building Automation, to be hired with a permanent contract in Italy within the Building Products area. Your Challenge As Technical Support Manager your mission will be to use technical and communication expertise to help users with FIN Framework products. You will also provide technical training and resolve the issues reported to technical support collaborating within a local and distributed team of highly skilled Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and Product Managers working with the Global Head of Sales & Support. Some of the main activities will be: Mange the current global support team Improve processes and quality in the support team Expand the team over time to support the company growth Provide remote technical assistance to end user requests Be ready to take technical support requests during the work day Diagnose customer issues, and provide a solution in a timely manner Must work as a teammate, communication is always key! Proactivity to connect with the internal team to discuss projects status and solutions Be ready and willing to test out software, report bugs, and stay up-to-date with the latest changes Help the sales team with high level technical presentations Prepare and improve training material and user documentation Provide high-level training courses, both remotely and on-site Provide on-site technical assistance when required Understand BAS terms, concepts, and usability Understand customer needs. To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Related work experience in HVAC/BAS Technical knowledge and skills in software, applications, network infrastructures and basic OS systems (Windows/Linux) Analytical attitude with problem solving orientation Good communication skills and customer oriented Passion to never-stop growing with willingness to learn, understand, and keep up-to-date with our software and industry to be able to provide valuable customer support.
