Responsibilities

• Providing technical guidance, support & train Verification and Validation team members.

• Defining Verification & Validation strategy in compliance with regulations and Philips quality system.

• Working with cross functional teams to understand product requirements to arrive at the test strategy.

• Creating and designing test strategies and test scenarios based on the customer needs and system design to ensure complete coverage.

• Conducting technical reviews to identify the impact of design changes to system and Verification and Validation activities.

• Representing verification and providing support during internal/External audits.

• Responsible for leading defect management activities during testing phase.

• Creating final Verification/Validation Summary Reports and Trace Matrix based on project needs and adhering to defined QMS.

• Working with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure that Verification and Validation activities are compliant with global standards.

Skills and experience:

Bachelor degree in engineering or other relevant discipline

8+ years of experience on test discipline, test strategy, test automation

Experience in healthcare industry is preferred

Strong experience in application life cycle management tools like ALM/PTC/TFS used for Verification activities

Good understanding of the defect management procedures and tools.

Strong knowledge on the healthcare standards and its relevance to verification and validation activities.

Prior experience in V&V lead role is preferred.

Good understanding/experience of the Interoperability( DICOM, HLS, IHE) standards is preferred.

Demonstrated understanding of problem solving and quality improvement techniques.

Ability to contribute to verification test design/cases and reports.

Strong organizational and communication skills -- effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff.

Strong Quality Management System knowledge.

Experienced with Agile development methodologies.

Automation experience is a plus.
