What are my responsibilities? Leading the team in test automation Design, implement and maintatin the test automation infrastucture Implement test automation scenarios with rest of the team Contribute manual test activites like Preparing the test plans for releases Defect management Design efficient, reusable and reliable test cases What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical and electronics engineering or equivalent experience Proven 5+ years of experience in software development in testing Excellent understanding of testing concepts in the software development lifecycle including security and performance Experience working in an Agile environment Programming skills in Java (for test automation development), Expertise in test automation (test automation e.g. Selenium, WebUI Automation, Gherkin, BDD), Experience working with TFS, GIT, Jenkins, Knowledge in LINUX environment is a plus, ISTQB certification is a plus Excellent command of English Strong problem solving and analytical skills Good interpersonal communication skills “At Siemens we are always challenging ourselves to build a better future.
