• Work with the engineering team to complete testing of new functionalities and services
• Identify and log defects found through the testing activities
• Monitor newsgroups, forums and other channels like slack to detect defects in production software
• Participate in all phases of release activities, from alpha, beta version, to final release
• Monitor various quality metrics across the board to identify potential issues
• Create dashboards for the various metrics, and provide timely reports to the rest of the engineering team
• Plan and create automated test cases for new and existing features

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 0-2 years' experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Extensive knowledge of test concepts, practices and procedures
• Knowledge of scripting languages, Python, Java, is nice to have
• Ability to work independently, take initiative to solve problems and improve QA workflows
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Must have excellent time, task, and resource organization skills and be willing to meet aggressive deadlines
• Must be able to work well with other programmers and existing codebases
• Good written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience working with CAD software
• Knowledge of Data Management domain
• Knowledge of programming languages for test automation
• Experience in software performance and security testing
• Experience with various performance/profiling tools and techniques
