Description:
This person will work as part of a China-based software development team in cooperation with a software development team in the United States. Provides testing of program code during the development cycle of certain software products. Main responsibilities include managing the daily activities of the software testers, scheduling, and task allocation, integrated testing work, quality assurance and timely deliveries to defined quality standards.

Duties:
Create testing plan according to the requirement of the software;
Manage testing team in effective way to meet the testing work requirement, and allocate tasks according to testing plan and scheduling;
Designs, develops, executes, verifies, and analyzes test programs and procedures
Ensure testing team to coordinate efficient communication for debug reporting and fixing;
Monitor ongoing projects and identify training and development requirements for testing team;
Perform quality testing on the software product, deliver quality testing report;
Provides support and coaching to testers.
Report defects and help developers fix defects and improve product quality;
Continuously improve test efficiency and quality assurance processes;
Other works assigned by the upper manager.

职位要求

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field;
At least 5 years of testing or QA experience of software product, and more than 2 years of testing team management experience;
Strong technical background on multiple platforms, e.g. Unix, Linux, Windows, etc.
Hands on C / C++ / Java programming experiences and skills;
A strong understanding of the software development process, demonstrated skills in software testing and quality assurance;
Good interpersonal, writing, and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Good spoken and written English.

Preferences:
Experience in Relational Database systems and knowledge on Data Warehousing, Data Mining, and OLAP, etc. are preferred.
Knowledges on statistics will be a plus.
