We are searching for an experienced hands-on automotive software Testmanager with a passion for innovative testing solutions for high-quality embedded software. Our area of responsibility is the development of test processes, frameworks and tools as well as providing infrastructure and services for automated test solutions, ensuring proper software quality for the ECUs in our cars.

What awaits you?

• You will be driving the definition, implementation and execution of software test management processes, methods, tools, frameworks and infrastructure for the next generation of ECU projects, with a strong focus on automation.
• Driving the harmonization of existing solutions from different departments to ensure scalability and efficiency across our project landscape is part of your job.
• You’re leading the development of a documented test strategy and supporting projects in executing this strategy.
• Taking part in projects focused on the validation phases of the software development process to ensure the appropriate level of quality and transparency for our customers completes your job profile.

What should you bring along?

• University Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Very good understanding of modern software technologies, development and testing processes.
• Deep practical knowledge in applying test methods and tools according to the ISTQB® standard (ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Manager certification would be beneficial).
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Test Manager and a successful track record in a larger embedded software project.
• Project Management skills.
• Experience with ASPICE and CMMI models.
• Experience with agile/ scrum.
• Fluent English, good German would be beneficial.
