During this internship, the team you will work with is responsible for tools used for creating cores, systems and applications using the Intel Silicon Hive tools suite (core design tools generating HW, compiler, simulator, firmware, debugger..)

Responsibilities
The Software Tools part of the Silicon Hive Tools suite contains diverse tools that are used in different stages of programming, simulating, SW debugging and HW debugging. There exists an IDE from which all these Tools can be used individually. Quite some information from these tools needs to be combined in performance optimization and debugging by the user.

The goal of the assignment is to find ways to obtain and combine the information in a new tool, that then can be integrated in the IDE.
This potentially extends to use in a Multicore programming environment.
Responsibilities may be quite diverse and technical in nature, involving modifications and interactions with all underlying SW development Tools.

Our internships offer students a chance to get real-world experience through participation in projects from day one, as well as the opportunity to develop a wide network of industry contacts.

The internship duration is for a minimum of 6 months.

Qualifications

We would like to hear from you if you:

• You must be a student pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Completed a course in either Computer Organization or Computer Architecture

• Knowledge of source control repositories - preferably git

• Completed two or more courses using C/C++

Additional but not required:

• Languages such as assembly, C/C++, Python

• Project experience in software development, debug, validation may be required

• Computer architecture, data analytics, drivers may be required

• Windows/Linux operating system fundamental
