Intel Vision Technology Group is looking for a Software Engineer to join the team to work on implementation of advanced image/video processing and computer vision features using AI/ML.

Our team is responsible for the development of Intel’s visual technologies, including camera/imaging, computer vision, computational photography, 3D sensing, robotics, automotive and AR/VR.

Primary Function

• Develop production grade accelerated Computer Vision and Computational Photography algorithms using classical tools as well as AI inference software in C++ and Python.
• Work with AI experts to develop optimal AI software solutions for computational photography, computer vision, and advanced imaging features.

Qualifications

Needed Capabilities

• B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Computer Sciences / Computer Engineering.
• 3-5 years of software development experience.
• Proficient in C++ and Python programming.
• Experience in Real-Time programming and implementation of algorithms.

Desired Capabilities

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience in working with PyTorch, TensorFlow or other ML frameworks.
• Experience in performance benchmarking, profiling, and optimization.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
