Job overview
Home Network Security SDK is a total solution for customer such as router or xSP vendor to integrate Trend Micro Home Network Security features, which includes Mobile SDK, Backend, and Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) technology to provide completely secured and easy control to their users.
The HNS-SDK is a network layer protection solution for devices which connect to home network. The devices can be PC/laptops, game consoles, cameras or IoT devices. It provides various function such as threat identification, application identification, device identification, QoS, web threat protection and filtering, parental control and network usage..etc.
We are looking for a software engineer in test who is responsible for project handling, solution validation and quality control. You will cooperate with different platforms, teams and cybersecurity experts to provide consolidated solution to customer.

Qualifications/Requirements:
[Must Have]
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years of experiences in software development or quality engineering of embedded Linux product
- Experienced in scripting or programing (Java, Python, bash shell script)
- Understand TCP/IP networking and network protocols (e.g. ARP, VLAN, Http, SSL, DNS, NTP, Routing, etc.)
- Good English and good communication
- Proactive and passion in debugging and finding root cause of problems
[Nice to Have]
- Familiar with RESTful web services, Database fundamentals, AWS/GCE services
- Experienced in Docker, OpenStack, Kubernetes
- Familiar with Jenkins, JMeter
- Testing automation experience
- Familiar with performance testing/penetration testing
