1. Be responsible for reviewing the detailed design and scheme of relevant parts of IBC solenoid valve, and put forward feasible suggestions;

2. Be responsible for the design and review of esc/ibc new technologies, new structures and new schemes, research and analysis, and the advantages and technical barriers of mainstream competitive product structure schemes in the same industry;

3. Support relevant technical standards, failure analysis, test plans, patents and other technical documents;

4. Participate in the supplier technical exchange in product development, participate in the supplier access review, and brake the supplier quality and subsequent problem analysis and improvement strategies;

5. Participate in the standard methods of solenoid valve testing, master the working principles and requirements of each testing scheme, and be able to quickly analyze and position and propose solutions according to the problems found in the design, development and testing process.

Qualifications

1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering, mechatronics, mechanical design, etc., and graduating from a double first-class university will be preferred;

2. More than 8 years experience in automotive braking industry, especially working experience in abs/esc/ipb related solenoid valves is preferred;

3. Be familiar with abs/esc engineering materials and characteristics of service brakes, and have some experience in tensile stamping and machine cooling pier technology;

4. Familiar with CATIA (UG, PROE, etc.) and Auto CAD;  

5. Geometric dimension and work error (gdt&t): be familiar with geometric dimension engineering and apply it to process design.
