- Provide coaching, feedback to employee within the DCE community and TSS Malaysia as a whole and the ability to delegate task or involve other team members to get things done


- Support the management and TSS employee in removing impediment at project as well as company level


- Provide transparency to TSS internal and be the “go to person” for any technical advise


- Knowledge multiplier (continuously improve knowledge) in project and in TSS Malaysia




Subject-Matter




- Recognize trends happening in market focus by TSS Malaysia and creates recommendation for TSS Malaysia management


- Observe competitors and provide feedback to TSS Malaysia management


- Applies a holistic view that balances project specific technical needs and entrepreneurial thinking


- Integrates ideas from different projects and / or within whole of TSS and provide knowledge / ideas sharing to TSS Malaysia Team


- Subject-matter consulting of customer, TSS employees and the ability to identify problems and offer solution


- Result-oriented and be front liner helping TSS management and employee during critical period


- Able to take decisions within own area of responsibility and approach Mgmt. as decision-maker where appropriate




Market




- Work closely with TSS management to perform sales and presales activity


- Development of service-portfolio


- Market cultivation – be curious of a market and try to understand the needs and trend of a particular market for DCE community and TSS Malaysia


- Positioning of TSS in the different market where TSS wanted to penetrate


- Create customer needs and actively looking for opportunity for DCE community and TSS Malaysia


- Create and maintain strong network with customers and any stakeholders within Daimler Group


- Perform market and trend analysis for the benefit of DCE community and TSS Malaysia


- Regular and expeditious travel overseas to meet client needs and on-site support
